Tantra is a powerful spiritual practice in Hinduism. In this part of our Tantra Mantra Sadhna series, we explore simple rituals and daily sadhna routines. This post is specially written in Hinglish for beginners who want to start their spiritual journey with Tantra sadhna tips.

Pichle part mein humne samjha Tantra ke teen pramukh marg – Vama, Kaul, aur Dakshina Marg. Aaj hum baat karenge us tantrik shakti ki jo aap rozana apni zindagi mein laa sakte hain – mantra ke madhyam se.

 1. Mantra – Tantra ka Pran (Essence)

Mantra ek divine sound vibration hai jo aapke sharir, man aur chetna mein kampan utpann karta hai. Yeh sirf spiritual jagriti nahi, balki roohani suraksha aur aatm-vikas ka zariya bhi hai.

Beginner-friendly Tantric Mantra List:

“Om Aim Hreem Kleem Chamundaye Vichche” – Devi Chamunda ki kripa aur raksha ke liye

“Om Namah Shivaya” – Atma shuddhi aur shiv-shakti ke yog ke liye

“Om Hreem Shreem Lakshmi Bhyo Namah” – Dhan, sampannata aur sukh-shanti ke liye

Practice Tip: Har din 108 baar mala se jap karein. Subah ya shaam ke samay mantra jap adhik prabhavi hota hai.

2. Yantra – Mantra ka Roop

Yantra ek tantrik tool hai jo mantra ki shakti ko sthir karta hai. Jab aap mantra ka uchcharan karte hain aur yantra ko dekhkar dhyan lagate hain, toh dono milkar ek shaktishaali vibration create karte hain.

 Common Yantras for Beginners:
Sri Yantra – Abundance aur roohani pragati ke liye

Kali Yantra – Durbalta aur bhay se raksha ke liye

Durga Yantra – Nari shakti aur jeevan mein bal ke liye

Roz ek diya jalaakar yantra ke samne mantra ka uchcharan karein.

3. Rozana Tantra Sadhna – Step-by-Step Roadmap

Aap ghar par bhi apni tantra sadhna shuru kar sakte hain – bina kisi dar ke, bina kisi complex kriya ke.

🕒 Simple Daily Tantra Routine:
Subah (5–10 min):
Mantra jap (1 mantra 108 baar) + pranayama (anulom-vilom)

Din mein (2 min):
Yantra ke samne affirmation:
“Main Shakti hoon. Main poorn hoon.”

Shaam:
Diya jalaakar Devi ka namaskar + 5 min mantra dhyan

 Sunday ya Poornima ko ek visesh din maanein jahan deep sadhna karein.

Mantra is not just a sound — it is sacred energy encoded in vibration. Chanting a mantra creates spiritual resonance that transforms your consciousness, mind, and energy field.

 Beginner-friendly Powerful Mantras:
“Om Aim Hreem Kleem Chamundaye Vichche” – For protection and blessings from Goddess Chamunda

“Om Namah Shivaya” – For inner purification and Shiva-Shakti union

“Om Hreem Shreem Lakshmi Bhyo Namah” – For prosperity, abundance, and inner peace

 Practice Tip: Chant one mantra 108 times daily using a mala. Morning or evening is the best time for mantra meditation.

 2. Yantra – The Visual Form of Mantra

A yantra is a sacred geometric diagram that embodies mantra energy. When you chant a mantra while meditating on a yantra, it enhances the power of your spiritual practice.

📌 Best Yantras to Start With:
Sri Yantra – For abundance and complete spiritual progress

Kali Yantra – For strength and protection from fear

Durga Yantra – For divine feminine energy and inner resilience

🪔 Light a lamp and place the yantra in a clean space. Chant your mantra in front of it daily.

 3. Simple Daily Tantra Sadhana Routine

You don’t need complex rituals to begin Tantra. Here’s a simple daily plan anyone can follow at home.

🕒 Daily Tantra Routine:
Morning (5–10 min):
Chant a mantra (108 times) + practice a simple pranayama like alternate nostril breathing

Afternoon (2 min):
Look at your yantra and affirm:
“I am Shakti. I am whole.”

Evening:
Light a lamp, offer a short prayer, and meditate on your chosen mantra

📌 Choose Sundays or full moon days (Purnima) for deeper spiritual practice.
